Accelerated Turnaround Retainer Packages:

Secure my dedicated time in convenient 6-hour blocks for swift results.
Retainer packages are structured on a monthly basis to meet your ongoing needs.
Please be aware that unused hours from the retainer package cannot be carried forward to the next month.
To maintain transparent communication and effective time allocation, you will be notified as we approach the agreed-upon hour limit.

You will receive a logo that authentically captures your brand identity, accompanied by a carefully selected colour palette suitable for your website, social media, and printed materials, along with a comprehensive style guide.

Included in the package are:

3 initial logo designs
3 revisions for your chosen design
Logo files available in both SVG and PNG formats
Custom colour palette with provided hex codes
Concise style guide encompassing fonts, colours, and icons utilised in logo creation
Integration of your assets into your Canva account, if applicable

This comprehensive branding package is available at a fixed investment of £1,000. All the specifics of your project will be outlined in a personalised proposal tailored to your unique needs.

Inbox and Diary Management- £750 per month:

To streamline your email management, I will check your inbox twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. During this time, I will respond to enquiries with a holding email, flag emails that require immediate attention, file emails that don't require a response, and unsubscribe from junk emails. Additionally, I will set up and manage folders to keep your inbox organised. Additionally I will assist with diary management, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings and appointments, avoiding conflicting events. This service is available on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) for £750 per month.

Inbox Detox- £140

A one off service to help you get on top of your overcrowded inbox,

I will created and organise your emails in to relevant folders and unsubscribe you from any emails you no longer wish to receive.

£140 for a maximum of 4 hours

Social Media Management- £550 per month:

As you have the best understanding of your audience's preferences, what drives engagement, and leads to sales and inquiries on your website, I can take care of tasks such as responding to comments, managing inbox inquiries, and approving connection requests on your behalf. By outsourcing these tasks, you can focus on creating more valuable content. I offer assistance in:

Managing your social media inbox
Scheduling future posts
Engaging with your network by interacting with their posts and your own
Expanding your network by connecting with your target audience
Responding to comments on your posts
Removing unnecessary or time-wasting comments

This service is available five days a week for £550 per month.

Monthly Website Maintenance:

Maintenance: I will perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches, and performance optimisations, to keep your website running smoothly and efficiently. This ensures that your website remains secure, up-to-date, and fully functional.

Content Updates: This package includes a set number of hours each month dedicated to content updates. Whether you need to add new pages, update existing content, or upload fresh images, I will make the necessary changes to keep your website engaging and relevant.

Plugin and Theme Updates: I will handle the updates and management of your website's plugins and themes, ensuring compatibility, security, and optimal performance. This includes installing updates, testing for compatibility, and resolving any issues that may arise.

I can offer flexible pricing options based on the number of hours required for your specific needs.
